  • Depart for H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation!!

Past Dates:

February 7th
  • Full Time Half Payment Due ($130) 

April 11 - Full Payment due 
  • Full Time Remaining $130
  • Part Time ($60/day).
  • Late fees apply after this date.
  • Total Fees = $325 full time adult
  • $60/day part time adult.

April 18
  • 1st Year Scouts Half Payment Due ($150)

May 2
  • Merit Badge and Outpost Selection Night

May 9 - Forms Due
  • Scout tent mate choice
  • Camper agreement Due
  • Over-the-counter medication release form due
  • Final merit badge and outpost selection

May 16
  • Health forms and final payment due for everyone.
  • Health forms must be signed and dated by physician (M.D. or D.O.)
  • Final payment due (first-year $150) 
  • Part Time Adult $60/day

May 23
  • Last Troop Meeting before Summer!
